Ninety 9 LTD provides Shopify applications and services designed to enhance your e-commerce experience. Our services are subject to modifications and updates, it is your obligation (the user) to be up to date with our terms.
To use any of our apps, you may be required to provide certain registration details or other information. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of ysour account credentials.

Some features of our service may require payment. By purchasing paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms specified at charge/subscription page for our services. We reserve the right to modify our pricing strategy at any time, including offering different pricing models to different customers. This may include transitioning an app from a free plan to a paid plan or adjusting pricing for new and old users based on certain conditions. For customers who have accepted a specific charge, we cannot change the terms & price that this customer pays. All accepted Shopify subscription / app usage charges are binding and managed directly through Shopify’s billing system and cannot be modifed. Merchants can cancel their subscription / app usage charge anytime they want from their Shopify Admin. Refunds may be not approved unless the merchant is charged for unused time of a service / app in the Shopify ecosystem.
We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data processing.
We use third-party cloud hosting services to store and manage our databases, applications, and all collected data. While we take security seriously, we are not liable for data breaches or downtime caused by third-party service providers.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. You may discontinue use at any time.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, or compatibility with all Shopify stores.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninety 9 LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including any changes made from our apps to merchant stores and actions made to the merchant's end customers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bulgarian court. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts within the jurisdiction.
